Canyon Hideout at Devils Tower -
A Stay I Can’t Stop Thinking About
I’ve stayed in a lot of places, but Canyon Hideout near Devils Tower genuinely stands out as one of the most peaceful, and memorable stays I’ve ever had.
Canyon views and wide open Wyoming sky, it feels completely secluded in the best way possible. You’re close enough to explore iconic places like Devils Tower and Keyhole State Park, but once you’re on the property, it feels like the outside world disappears.
The main cabin is incredible! It's modern, warm, and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living spaces are open and comfortable, and the windows honestly steal the show. You’re not just staying near the landscape here, you’re constantly immersed in it.
The bunkhouse is another standout. It gives groups a separate, private space without ever feeling disconnected from the main cabin. It’s perfect for families or friends who want both togetherness and a bit of breathing room.
What impressed me most is how flexible the entire property is. Whether you’re staying in the cabin, bunkhouse, RV site, everything is set up so different types of travelers can share the same experience without compromise. It really feels like a private retreat designed for connection.
There is also a hot tub, sauna, fire pit, and outdoor gathering spaces. You can tell this place is built for both relaxation and memory making, no matter your style of travel.

One of my favorite things about Canyon Hideout is the birds you get to listen to all day. It’s the kind of place where you naturally slow down without even trying.
Overall, Canyon Hideout is easily one of the most peaceful stays I’ve ever had. It’s private, spacious, beautifully designed, and set in one of the most striking landscapes in Wyoming.
I can't wait to visit again!
My Favorite Things
🌄 The view
Waking up to the peaceful views here never got old. It felt private, quiet, and like the perfect place to slow down and fully enjoy Wyoming.
🐦 The birds
This might sound random, but the birds here were something special. I genuinely do not think I have ever heard birds sing this much before. Sitting outside in the mornings with coffee and listening to them felt so peaceful.
🛏️ The master bed was so comfortable
One of the best sleeps I have had while traveling. The master bed was incredibly comfortable and made it so easy to fully relax after a day of exploring.
📍 Only 20 minutes from Devils Tower
The location was perfect. Close enough to easily visit Devils Tower and explore the area, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and secluded.
🤍 It is so easy to relax here
- Everything about this place makes you want to slow down. Between the quiet surroundings, beautiful scenery, and cozy atmosphere, it truly felt like an escape from everyday life.
